TOTECUE / A MARLOGIC APP
Fewer mix-ups.
A clearer way to fulfill.
For Shopify teams picking and packing orders. Keep items together in a reusable tote, then check the package before it leaves. Designed for solo workers and teams, with a few items or many.
The QR stays on the bin. The order changes.

from picking to packing.
Pick the right products. Check the quantities. Keep the order together. Then verify the package before it moves on.
The QR label stays on the tote. Pair that same bin with the next order after release—no new bin label for every shipment.

Pick and pack yourself.
Or hand off to a packer.
For small and large businesses planning their workflow: use one person or divide the stages across your team. Choose the routine that fits your people and order sizes. Test it with your own workflow before relying on it day to day.

KNOW WHAT TO WORK ON NEXT
See aging orders.
Put chosen Express methods first.
The aim is to simplify fulfillment, not add time to every order. ToteCue’s focused worker views put ready work and the next action up front, with less information to sift through than Shopify’s broader order screen.
Make aging orders easy to find.
Recommended order lists use oldest-first ordering within each priority group. Set a packing target to highlight orders that have been waiting too long and see the oldest age.
Put selected shipping methods first.
Choose Express, Next Day or other methods used by your orders. With priority shipping enabled, recommended lists put those matching orders ahead of other ready work. Workers can still choose another ready order.
CATCH THE SMALL THINGS BEFORE THEY BECOME BIG PROBLEMS
Check the items, photo
and shipping label.
Visual verification, photo evidence and tracking checks help your team catch packing and shipping mistakes. Choose the checks that fit your operation.
Check what goes in.
Use product images, variants and quantities to guide picking, then verify the package. Keep similar items and separate orders from getting mixed up—without requiring product barcodes.
Save a packing photo when it matters.
Require a packing photo when physical-item quantity or package merchandise value reaches your chosen threshold. Either rule can trigger documentation. Photos can also be off, optional or required for every package.
Check the label against the order.
Scan a supported shipping label and compare its tracking with the order. Make matching optional, or require a match before workers can finish the package.
Flag a missing or damaged item.
Bring held packages and open issues into Needs attention. Keep a record of the follow-up instead of relying on someone to remember a packing problem.
WHEN THE LAST ITEM ISN’T THERE
Report missing stock.
Recheck after the correction.
A lost or damaged last item can leave Shopify showing stock your team can’t actually ship. ToteCue gives the worker a way to report the unavailable item and the administrator a path to resolve it.
- Flag the unavailable item.Hold the affected work for follow-up.
- Correct the order or stock in Shopify.Avoid restocking an item that cannot be sold.
- Recheck and resolve in ToteCue.Confirm the change, finish the follow-up and release the bin when appropriate.
UNDERSTAND THE WORK
See what’s completed.
See where orders wait.
Review completed packages, physical item counts and recorded picking and packing times. Look at waiting between stages separately to inform workload and staffing decisions.
Recorded activity, not a staffing forecast or a shipping-time guarantee.

Average elapsed stage time
Stage averages can use different samples. Combined time uses paired stages, excludes the gap between them; waiting includes closed hours.
BEYOND THE OUTBOUND ORDER
Track what leaves.
Document what returns.
Know which samples are still out.
Track temporary product loans for marketing, photography, influencers or other loan-out uses. Keep the recipient, items, due-back date and outstanding quantities together, including partial returns and recorded condition.
Loan packing can include photos and a shipping-label reference. A recorded loan label is a reference, rather than a sales-order match.
Explore product loansFind the return. Record what arrived.
Scan supported return tracking to find a return, or use an exact order or return number when scanning isn’t available. Record the physical arrival, inspect the contents and document condition with photos when enabled.
Receive packages now and inspect them later with batch intake when configured. Refund and inventory actions stay in Shopify.
